  • SEROAM provides a captive insurance platform to mid-size Canadian transportation companies for their transportation businesses.
  • SEROAM acts as an administrator for each corporation (ISA), where the ISA is the financial owner of all premiums/losses and profits for that individual ISA.
  • SEROAM does not write any insurance business, and all of its revenue comes from a commercially reasonable access fee charge to each ISA.
